We manufacture deep-drawn inserts and parts in small to medium batch sizes from common plastics such as PE or ABS. Furthermore, deep drawing of foams is also possible for special applications. For both variants, the net dimensions (LxW) of the part should not exceed 1,200 x 800 mm. Larger sizes are also possible in special cases; simply contact us to discuss your requirements.
Where chips, lubricants, or dust can adhere to the parts being transported, the use of deep-drawn inserts is recommended. Their smooth, closed surface structure makes them easy to clean and durable, while their precise contours offer optimum protection. The range of applications extends from classic shuttle packaging to representative product packaging. Since the inserts can be stacked inside each other, transport and storage are very space-saving and therefore cost-efficient.
We manufacture the right document compartment for all types of cases and containers. Our standard tools cover a wide range of common sizes. Do you need a size that is not standard? We would be happy to create a custom compartment for you. And at particularly low tooling costs, as we manufacture the tools for you from renewable raw materials.
If the inserts are used in shuttle transport, it is important that they are clearly marked so that they cannot be lost. This can be achieved by digitally printing the logo, a name, a code, or similar. Depending on the design of the insert, large areas can also be printed in a photorealistic manner, which is particularly interesting for advertising purposes.
Flocked deep-drawn inserts. We know them best from drawers containing "Sunday cutlery" or from camera packaging. What used to be a classy standard is now a rare variant.
