We mainly use materials and cut-to-size pieces made of PE foam to manufacture foam inserts. These are available in numerous intense colors and different qualities. All qualities and colors can be combined as desired and assembled to form multicolored foam inserts. In combination with our surface finishing options, there are no limits to your creativity when it comes to customizing your inlays.
Unlike molded or deep-drawn inserts, foam inserts are manufactured without a mold. This means that changes, e.g. due to modified product geometries or product ranges, can be implemented quickly and cost-effectively, as only the CAD program needs to be adjusted to produce the modified shape.

Drawers are often very messy. The item or tool you are looking for simply cannot be found and seems to have disappeared into thin air. This results in valuable working time being wasted. So-called "shadow boards" provide a solution, allowing you to store the contents of your drawer in a structured and clear manner. The insert is customized to fit the drawer and its contents and is two-colored. A colored foam layer is located under a black cover layer. If an item is missing from the drawer insert, the color contrast immediately catches your eye.
Do you need a high-quality foam insert as a one-off for a special project? We will be happy to take care of your request. Since we work informally, i.e., we do not need to build any special tools, we can also produce one-off items. We guarantee that these will be produced with the same care as large batches.
The foam inserts are individually designed in 2D or 3D based on the product data. As the manufacturer, we require either the parts to be inserted or standard 3D CAD data, such as IGES, DXF, STL, STP, or similar. If no data is available, we scan your products using a 3D scanner and generate a point cloud. From this, we design a CAD model and then manufacture your custom-fit foam insert.
