As an HR Business Partner at Leidel & Kracht, I am responsible for packaging technology and foam technology.

Even while I was studying business administration, it was clear to me that my path would lead to human resources management. What began as a theoretical conviction was quickly confirmed once I entered the workforce. The variety of tasks, the direct contact with people, and the opportunity to actively contribute to a company’s development—all of this continues to inspire me to this day.

I actively support change processes, help shape structures, and contribute new ideas to organizational development. I assist with recruitment processes, am involved in the further development of our digital HR systems, and collaborate on a wide range of HR projects. In doing so, I keep the big picture in mind—always with the goal of providing the best possible support to employees while simultaneously driving the company’s continued growth.

It’s the combination of people, organization, and constant change that makes my job so exciting to me.
