I have been assisting our customers in Customer Service since May 2022.

Thanks to my many years of experience in sales, during which I supported international clients in the industrial sector, I am very familiar with the individual needs of our customers.

I answer questions about your orders and help you resolve any issues that may arise.

I see it as a personal challenge to work through difficult situations together with our customers and to actively support them throughout the business process.

In my view, a close and consistent partnership is what defines good customer service.

In my free time, I love spending time with my small family. We live in the countryside and enjoy spending time outdoors in nature. When time allows, you’ll often find me in the woods on my horse, relaxing and recharging my energy.
