Our custom foam shadow boards are popular in every industry because they improve both organization and efficiency in the workplace. This was the request we received from our long-standing customer, Hans Peter Esser GmbH. For many years, we have been supplying this customer primarily with protective and structural packaging for the transport of multifunctional defibrillators and medical monitoring systems for emergency services and hospitals. As both occupational safety and ergonomics are of paramount importance in these processes, Hans Peter Esser GmbH wanted to find a way to optimize them further. This has demonstrably reduced unnecessary search times for tools and optimized the range of tools to the essentials. Our solution: a total of 30 shadow boards made of two-color foam, adapted to the tool holders at the 10 workstations.
Goodbye to unproductive search times
The new tool inserts now also promote order and cleanliness in the workplace. As a tailor-made solution and manufactured in two colors, the shadow boards ensure an optimal overview. Employees always know where items belong in the workplace and immediately notice if a tool is missing from the respective insert. This allows them to use their workplace more efficiently.
