Automation with a future: We are looking for a project team member (m/f/d)

If you understand technology, think in terms of processes, and bring ideas to life, then you've come to the right place. For decades, Leidel & Kracht has stood for precision, quality, and innovation in packaging and foam processing. We are looking for you to help us ensure secure processes and production lines in the future—with a focus on automation, robotics, and digitalization.

Help us shape the future of production!

In our modern production facility, we are constantly developing new ways to combine quality, efficiency, and sustainability. To this end, we are looking for a Project Assistant Automation (m/f/d) who will work with our engineering team to implement innovative solutions for our production processes. Whether robot control, sensor technology, programming, or digital process optimization—at Leidel & Kracht, you can expect a varied range of tasks with plenty of creative freedom.

As part of a team, you will work at the interface between technology and practice: you will plan, test, and integrate new systems, accompany projects from the initial idea to implementation, and ensure that our systems remain state-of-the-art. Your contribution will make a difference—for efficient, future-oriented, and sustainable production.

If you enjoy actively developing technologies, taking on responsibility, and setting the course for the future together with experienced colleagues, you will find the perfect challenge with us.
