At Leidel & Kracht, every workday begins with a joint review of your orders. During the shop floor meeting, all relevant departments along the entire production chain—from AV/Lean to shipping—coordinate their efforts. This ensures that sound decisions are made before risks turn into delays.
Your planning reliability starts on the shop floor
We ensure delivery dates through daily coordination. In the shop floor meeting, work planning, pre-production, component manufacturing, final assembly, logistics, and shipping teams jointly review key metrics, bottlenecks, open orders, and material flows. Priorities are clearly defined, responsibilities are unambiguously assigned, and deviations are identified early on.
The biggest challenge in day-to-day production is balancing material availability, machine capacity, and last-minute priority shifts. This is exactly where our structured shop floor comes in: coordinated decisions replace individual interests, and overall transparency replaces silo thinking. When responsibilities are clearly defined, follow-up questions and escalations decrease, and processes take effect more quickly.

Control is good. Clarity is more effective.
While others only notice bottlenecks when deadlines are missed, we assess them daily. We actively manage our production chain so you don’t have to make adjustments. Speed alone isn’t enough for operational stability. It requires well-coordinated decisions—fresh every morning.
