Gero Friedrich is a sales representative in the technical field service and thus our expert in packaging and foam technology at the customer’s site. His focus is clearly on personal customer service and long-term business relationships. Changing conditions also led to new areas of responsibility. In-person meetings were virtually impossible during the COVID-19 pandemic. Gero used this time to make the leap into marketing.
Instead of stagnation, development followed: his involvement in marketing projects, the establishment of our social media presence, the content development of the website, and the production of a corporate video are all testament to his creative commitment. Currently, this jack-of-all-trades is also working on his own initiative on AI-supported calculation tools—and over the course of the year, additional projects related to process optimization at Leidel & Kracht will be added.
His progression to becoming a key sales representative in the technical field service was no coincidence—but rather a reflection of our trust in him. “At the end of 2024, I was accepted into the extended leadership circle as a junior manager—in my view, a strong signal on my career path.”
