How satisfied are our customers? Where can we improve? We asked about 100 customers about their experiences with Leidel & Kracht. The results reaffirm our commitment to quality, but also clearly show where we can further improve our service.
High quality. More information: Turning feedback into concrete actions
We are particularly pleased with the high level of satisfaction regarding the quality of our products and solutions. At the same time, the survey has given us a clear mandate: Our customers want even faster service and, above all, timely, reliable information when conditions, availability, or requirements change.
For us, this means that customer service must operate even more closely today. Information should be transparent and traceable, and our customers should have access to the latest status at all times. Instead of waiting for follow-up inquiries, we want to identify developments early on, assess them, and proactively reach out to customers.
The Packaging Act Is on Everyone’s Lips
Our approach to the new requirements in the packaging sector illustrates what this looks like in practice. Since early 2025, we have been personally informing our customers about the upcoming changes and working with them to prepare for the new regulatory framework taking effect on August 12, 2026.
Beyond simply providing information, our focus is above all on solutions. We stock alternative materials and assess early on which materials are suitable for existing applications. In one specific case, we were able to proactively offer a customer a new material that not only meets the revised requirements but has even proven to be a more effective alternative in practice.
This is precisely the insight we take away from the customer survey: Good quality remains the foundation. True customer satisfaction is further fostered by reliability, transparent information, and personalized service that ideally offers a solution before a new challenge becomes a problem.
