A breath of fresh air in lean management

After successfully completing an internship during his practical semester, we were delighted to continue working with Moetez on his bachelor's thesis. He is currently supporting process optimization and factory planning. After completing his mechanical engineering studies, Moetez will play an important role in the ongoing modernization and digitalization of our company as a project engineer in the areas of work preparation, automation, and lean management.

"I will definitely benefit from the experience I have gained in the various departments at L&K. It will enable me to realize my potential and put my ideas into practice in my career," says Moetez, looking back on his time at the company so far.
