Muhammed Ceylan joined Leidel & Kracht in the summer of 2025 with great motivation. In his position in accounting, his responsibilities include checking invoices, preparing monthly financial statements, and coordinating with other departments. "I am motivated by the feeling of doing something meaningful and being part of a team that achieves goals together," he says, describing his drive.
Ceylan attaches particular importance to accuracy and adherence to deadlines. These are qualities that he considers indispensable in accounting.
