From working student to project manager

After successfully completing his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at TH Köln, Dennis Robers has joined Leidel & Kracht as a project manager for the "Introduction of software-supported production planning" project. He is no stranger to his colleagues, as the 26-year-old already worked as a student trainee at the company and wrote his bachelor's thesis as part of an internal project.

In his bachelor's thesis, "Development of a master data structure for medium-sized companies for implementation in a production planning system," he set himself the goal of introducing a production planning system at Leidel & Kracht and developing standards for the data to be implemented. Now, as a technical employee, Robers wants to continue driving digitalization forward in the company and be part of the development toward Industry 4.0. "I'm looking forward to working here! To a good working environment, a nice atmosphere, friendly colleagues, and an exciting job with potential for personal development."

And we look forward to welcoming a new, highly motivated colleague who has already demonstrated his abilities in the past.

Welcome to the team, Dennis! Here's to an exciting collaboration!
