HR expertise meets creative drive: Alina Hoffmann joined the Leidel & Kracht team as an HR business partner in mid-April. With a clear focus on development, recruiting, and strategic human resources, she values the diversity of her responsibilities as well as the close interaction with managers and employees. Her goal: to actively shape human resources through expertise, openness, and creativity.
Diverse. Committed. Forward-thinking: HR work with responsibility.
The position as HR business partner is just right for Alina Hoffmann—she loves keeping an eye on many topics at once. Sometimes the focus is on application processes, sometimes on HR projects or dialogue with the specialist departments. "My tasks are like a colorful bouquet of flowers: new elements are added every day—and that's exactly what makes it so appealing."
She is particularly proud when ideas turn into concrete solutions – for example, when developing a comprehensive KPI family tree or when an application process is successfully completed with a new hire. The willingness to continuously further her education is also a matter of course for Alina: whether it's new labor law regulations or current HR trends – curiosity and a thirst for knowledge are part of her job description.
She immediately sensed the appreciative atmosphere and open team culture at Leidel & Kracht during her first few weeks: "I was given a warm welcome and was able to get involved right away." For her, working at Leidel & Kracht means variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference.
Active in her private life, committed at work
In her free time, she often enjoys sports, whether riding her own horse or jogging. Physical activity helps her stay focused at work. She is an early riser anyway—her day begins with coffee and a clear goal: supporting people, shaping processes, and providing new impetus.
