Julius Arndt began his training as an industrial clerk in customer service at the beginning of August.
"I actually started working at Leidel & Kracht when I was 14 or 15." Julius Arndt has already worked in every department of the company through various vacation jobs and has thus been able to accompany all stages of packaging production: From lasering to gluing, from work preparation back to production and now finally to customer service. "I kind of stumbled into it by chance, but I have to say, I really like it!" Julius has been a permanent employee at Leidel & Kracht since July and has been training as an industrial clerk with us since the beginning of August.
Foam and packaging – a topic from everyday life
Julius Arndt grew up in the industry through his father, Rainer Arndt, but he can also identify with the subject beyond that. "Foam and packaging are very tangible topics that people are familiar with from their everyday lives," explains the trainee. "We also encounter the customers we deal with every day in customer service in our daily lives – whether in television advertising or on social media. That's really exciting, and I enjoy working as an interface between customers and the company." However, it's not just the customers or the product that are decisive: the trainee particularly likes the working atmosphere at Leidel & Kracht. "Everyone pulls together, nothing is left to drift because everyone is focused on their own tasks. At the same time, everyone is self-reflective and open and listens to their colleagues' concerns. It's just a pleasant place to work at Leidel & Kracht."
We are delighted to have inspired this motivated and already well-known colleague to stay with us for the long term. Welcome to the team, Julius!
