Martina Barheier has been part of Leidel & Kracht's customer service team since May 2022, making her the longest-serving member of the young team.
"We are the figurehead, the face of Leidel & Kracht. And that has to be as friendly and competent as possible," says Martina Barheier, describing her role in Leidel & Kracht's customer service team. To live up to this self-image, the team attaches great importance to constantly questioning itself and optimizing its working methods. "When I started in customer service, response times were a major point of criticism from customers," reveals the trained industrial clerk. "By streamlining various programs and improving many small tasks, we have now organized ourselves internally so that we can respond to customers within 24 to 48 hours at most."
Human cooperation for a tangible product
Martina Barheier, who completed her training at a company that manufactures static seals, particularly appreciates the versatility and everyday nature of foam and packaging: "There's really nothing that can't be protected or presented in packaging. Whether it's weapon cases or helmet packaging for the German Armed Forces, expensive cutlery, electrical, highly sensitive parts for internal transport... Everything is possible, and I find that very interesting.in addition to the exciting field of work, Martina particularly appreciates her colleagues and the customer service team at Leidel & Kracht – because it's a very "human" place to work. "Someone once told me that a good working atmosphere is when people start to be themselves. You like your colleagues, you understand them and their personal lives, and you just try to get on together. And that's definitely the case at Leidel & Kracht."
Thank you very much, Martina, for your empathetic nature and your excellent work! We are delighted to have you on the team!
